Mindhealth Counselling is conveniently located in Hillsborough and within easy commuting distance from Belfast, Lisburn, Banbridge, Saintfield, Rathfriland and Ballynahinch. MindHealth Counselling provides results based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Depression, Anxiety and a range of other difficulties and disorders. Our Counsellors provide CBT for individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological and behavioural difficulties.

Your counsellor is specialised in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and is fully trained to work with a wide range of issues and disorders.
